The Steering Committee have noticed that, in the past, some TGAs have organised events that were duplicated by support services. At a basic level we would expect that you would inform your support service of planned activities and seek their response. Better still would be regular communication so that events planned for the next year would complement and coordinate with each other. Also, you might find that some groups share a common interest either in a particular methodology or technology, and it might be useful to coordinate training around it.
Smaller TGAs may also decide to organise joint activities. This would be an opportunity to boost the funding by having joint events for all, followed by breakout sessions for individual TGAs.
